Tastes from EuropeThe European Commission and DG Agriculture have published a new culinary guide, Tastes From Europe - a culinary voyage through Europe in 27 recipes.

The aim of this food guide is to show the diversity of agricultural products in Europe and how they are used in our recipes. You will find traditional recipes and in some cases some innovative ideas proposed by the chefs. All the recipes were developed by Euro-Toques International, the organisation of European cooks and chefs.
